FAQ:Q1. What is the warranty of your LED Downlight?A1: The warranty is 3 years normally, if need 5 years warranty, we will supply the solution. Q2. What about your payment terms?A2: The payment term is 30% deposit prepaid by T/T, and 70% balance should be paid before shipment. Q3. Can you do OEM and ODM services?A3: Yes, we support OEM and ODM services. We have a rich experienced R&D team to help to provide the solution. We can share with you the cases of led downlight which we made before.Q4. Is it available to get the Downlight samples? A4: Sure, it is better to check the samples first to make all the details. Q5. Do you have any MOQ of Down Light?A5: Normally, our MOQ is 100pcs, if some projects need a small quantity, we also support it.Q6. What is the lead time for the order?A6: Normally it is 7-10 working days to produce the downlight, it needs aging testing.For customized products or new mould, it would take about 90 days. Q7. How do you make sure your downlight quality?A7: Before producing, our QC will check all the details of the downlight according to the production order, such as CCT, Beam angle, Size, Driver, Wattage and etc. And we will make one sample for confirmation first.Q8. Does your downlight light on more than 10 hours every day?A8: Usually we do aging testing for 8 hours at least to ensure the quality, before designing the lights, we will test the temperature of the cob, and the temperature of the heatsink to check whether it is ok. Therefore, it is ok to light on 10 hours with 3 years warranty.Q9. Can you offer IES or LTD files?A9: Yes, we know some projects need the IES files to imitate the real building, then it shows to customers and knows the Effect. Although we do not have our own machine, we cooperate with the well-known brand "EVERFINE" for integrating sphere and dark rooms. So it is an easy thing for us.Q10. How about the after-sale or complaint?A10: If the led downlight or our products are broken, we will send the new one in two days to solve the problem first if it is very urgent. And then we hope our customers do us a favor to take pictures or test and find the reason.
